team of engineers who work together to proactively manage your
network. Each customer is assigned a primary engineer who will
work with you on a prescheduled basis to maintain your systems,

business goals. A secondary engineer is assigned to each account
and will visit on a less frequent basis to ensure a basic level
of redundancy and comfort level with end users. Your dedicated
team then meets on a weekly or monthly basis to discuss various
